WARRANTY FORM (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) ON PURCHASED COMPUTER (S) / DEVICES (S)

1.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOTcover any physical damage (s) or any damage (s) to the computer / device (s) or its parts (internal / external), or any internal damage (s) / error, faulty hardware (internal / external) of the product (s) detected by the customer after stepping out of our office ORsix (6) hours after computer / device delivery and acknowledged receipt (written or oral) of the computer / device (s) by the customer.

2.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOT imply refund of money of the computer / device (s). THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OF MONEY after payment has been made on the computer / device (s) purchased.

3.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOTmean swapping the defected computer (s) / device (s) with another new computer / device (s) BUT the warranty only covers REPAIRING the defected computer (s) / device (s) for the 1 Year duration on Brand New Computer (s)/ Device (s) and or 3 Months for Highest Grade 1 / Open Box computer (s) / Device (s).

4.            NO WARRANTY on any computer / device (s) purchased without the presentation of this WARRANTY FORM (TERMS & CONDITIONS)by the customer that’s duly signed, dated and attached with the receipt of such computers / device (s) purchased from the cooperatives. Oral warranty shall NOT apply or be entertained by the cooperatives.

5.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOT COVER negligence or mishandling of the computer / device (s) by the customer and detected by any of our staffs during the inspection of such computer / device (s) or the loss of such computer / device (s) by the customer.

6.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOT COVER the damage of the computer / device (s) by excessive power surge / low current or damaged of the product (s) by electricity or any alterations by the customer.

7.            Warranty given hereunder DOES NOT COVER the computer’s accessories both internal and external. Third party (3rd Party) interference in the computer / device (s) is totally banned as third party makes the warranty given hereunder totally NULL AND VOID.

8.            The sales vendor or the cooperativesare deemed fit to withdraw the warranty given on the computer / devices (s) at anytimewithout prior knowledge of the customer or Zero Interest Cooperatives itself.

9.            The warranty given hereunder becomes NULL AND VOID if the customer REFUSED to append his / her signature below and make a copy of the signed warranty form (Hard / Soft copy) available to the company or the cooperatives within 21 DAYS AFTER TAKING DELIVERY / RECEIPT OF THE PURCAHSED COMPUTER / DEVICE(S). 10.        The warranty given hereunder becomes NULL AND VOID if the customer misbehaves, have any altercation or engage in verbal abuse / fisticuffs / slander or assault any staff of the above named companies.
